Privacy Policy

Personal CFO ("we", "us", "the app") is published by Gama-Prim. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and how you can control it.

1. Data we collect

2. How we use your data

• To provide core app functionality: recording transactions, tracking budgets, and generating reports.
• To deliver AI-powered insights via Google Gemini. When you use the AI feature, your financial data is sent to Google's Gemini API to generate personalized analysis. Google's Gemini API terms apply to that processing.
• To send transactional emails such as email verification.

3. Data we do not collect

• We do not access your bank accounts, payment cards, or any financial institution data.
• We do not collect your location, contacts, phone number, or device identifiers.
• We do not show ads or share data with advertisers.
• We do not sell your personal data to any third party.

5. Data retention

Your data is stored as long as your account exists. When you delete your account, all associated data — transactions, budgets, goals, and AI history — is permanently deleted from our servers within 30 days.

6. Data security

All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Authentication is handled by Supabase Auth with row-level security, meaning users can only access their own records. Data is stored in Supabase's cloud infrastructure with encryption at rest.

7. Your rights

You can:

• Export your data from the app at any time.
• Delete your account and all data from Settings inside the app, or by emailing support@gama-prim.com.
• Request information about what data we hold about you by emailing the same address.

8. Children's privacy

Personal CFO is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
